The Project
The existing building had an outdated appearance and required a significant transformation to bring it in line with a more contemporary style. Our approach was not simply to make cosmetic changes. Before the Renovation
The building reflected the design and finishes commonly associated with properties from the 1990s. This stage was important because it established the direction for the renovation before major execution began.
Planning and Architectural Development
A successful renovation starts before demolition or installation begins. Our team worked from the architectural drawings to map out the proposed changes and coordinate the different aspects of the renovation. Project Execution

Because of the time constraints associated with the project, a two-shift working system was implemented to increase productivity and keep the work moving.
Testing and Quality Checks
Before moving into the final finishing stage, the installed systems and appliances were tested. Lighting installations were checked, while appliances and other relevant equipment were tested to confirm that they were functioning properly. These checks allowed the team to identify and address issues before the project moved into its final stage. For us, this is an important part of project delivery. A renovation should not be considered complete simply because the space looks finished. The systems and installations also need to be checked.
Finishing Stage
Following the testing stage, the project moved into final finishing and preparation for handover. At this stage, attention was placed on completing the remaining works and preparing the property for the client’s final inspection. The objective was to ensure that the completed work corresponded with the approved design direction and agreed project requirements.
Client Sign-Out and Handover
The final sign-out formed an important part of the project completion process. The completed work was reviewed and cross-checked with the client to confirm that the required works had been completed and that the client was satisfied with the result. This final review gave the client the opportunity to inspect the completed renovation before the project was formally concluded.
The Result
The transformation demonstrates what is possible when an older property is approached with proper planning, design coordination and controlled execution. What began as an outdated 1990s building was transformed into a more contemporary space through a structured renovation process. The project brought together architectural planning, remodelling, installation, testing and finishing to deliver the final result.
