With the design finalized, a cost estimate was provided to the client within three working days, and after approximately a week and a half of review, approval was granted to proceed with the project. Construction began promptly after approval was received.

With a detailed architectural drawing, we are able to accurately plan and execute our project. The drawing provides guidance on areas needing expansion, enlargement, or reduction. While the original contract indicated a timeline of seven weeks, the clear roadmap has enabled us to complete the project even sooner than anticipated.

After successfully strategizing and executing the project plan within a timeframe of five weeks, we are pleased to report that our client’s expectations were not only met but exceeded. The finished building showcases the highest level of quality and aesthetic appeal.
