The objective was straightforward: Transform the existing building into a modern space while delivering the project carefully and efficiently. Before the Renovation The building reflected the design and finishes commonly associated with properties from the 1990s. The existing condition required substantial remodelling to achieve the modern look and functionality the client wanted. Before work commenced, the project requirements were reviewed and the proposed architectural drawings were developed and presented for client approval. This stage was important because it established the direction for the renovation before major execution began. Planning and Architectural Development A successful renovation starts before demolition or installation begins.
